Den (getden.io) is operated by Den Inc. We collect your name, phone number, email, and the messages you send us, and we use them only to run the service and reply to you.

We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with anyone. If you give us your number you may receive texts from us; reply STOP any time to stop them, or HELP for help (see our Terms).

One Poem a Day

One Poem a Day is a local-first iOS and Android app operated by Den Inc. It does not require an account and does not contain advertising, analytics, or tracking. Your profile, notes, imported AI portrait, ratings, and poems are stored on your device. You can erase that local data at any time with Start over.

Optional cloud writing

The app first tries to write on your device. If you affirmatively enable cloud backup, the app may send your name, notes, imported AI portrait, and up to three recent poems to Den's server and to OpenRouter and its selected model provider solely to write a poem. Den does not retain the text of generation requests or responses. OpenRouter and model providers process that information under their own privacy and retention terms. You can withdraw consent at any time by turning cloud backup off in the app's You screen.

Poem reports

If you choose to report a poem, the app sends the poem, its number, your selected reason, and whether you use iOS or Android to Den. Reports are used only to investigate safety and quality problems, are not associated with an account or advertising identifier, and are automatically deleted within 90 days. Ordinary likes are kept only on your device and are not sent to Den.

Sharing, security, and deletion

Den does not sell One Poem a Day data or use it for advertising. Cloud-writing data is shared only with OpenRouter and the selected model provider to generate the requested poem. Report data is handled by Den's hosting and storage providers. Data is encrypted in transit. To ask a privacy question or request deletion of a report before its automatic expiry, email support@getden.io with the report's approximate date, poem title, and platform so we can locate it.
